Appointments

Routine appointments can be arranged for any of our clinicians by telephoning 01592 620222, by calling in person at the surgery or by booking online through EMIS Patient Access.   You can arrange an appointment with any of our GP's however, please be aware that there may be a longer wait for your preferred GP.

If you require an urgent appointment, housecall, advice or an emergency prescription then please contact our Triage Nurse.   Our Triage Nurse is fully trained to assess your condition and will direct you to the most appropriate place for treatment.   All urgent conditions will be seen the same day and a time will be allocated to you by the Triage Nurse.

To speak with Triage please telephone 01592 620222 (option 1) Monday 8am-11am and Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-11am.

BSL Video Relay Interpreting Service

This service is available to people who are deaf, deafened or hard of hearing and will help them to access the majority of public services.

For more information please visit www.contactscotland-bsl.org

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an appointment please telephone us to let us know so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.  Repetitive DNAs (Did Not Attend) have a huge impact on our service and many hours consulting time is lost each month due to patients not attending their appointments.
